Karoline Finch is President and Director of the Aesthetics Department of the Mississippi Institute of Aesthetics Nails & Cosmetology. She has been a practicing Cosmetologist and Salon Owner for more than 39 years and a licensed Cosmetology Instructor for over 37 years, with an emphasis in aesthetics and nails. Karoline is a graduate of the Vicksburg School of Cosmetology, the Gulf Coast Institute of Electrolysis, and the Kemp-Harris Institute of Aesthetics & Hypertrichology. She has received certifications in DermAware Biotargeted Skin Care, Vitalift Lymphthatic Drainage and Facelift, Micordermabrasion /Micropeel, Obagi Skin Heath Restoration and Rejuvenation System and is also certified in micropigmentation and permanent cosmetics by the American Institute of Intradermal Cosmetics in Arlington, TX. In addition to founding this organization, Karoline is a member of the Mississippi Cosmetology Association, Cosmetology Educators of America, Mississippi Cosmetology School Association, the American Association of Cosmetology Schools, the Association of Skin Care Professionals and the National Correlation of Estheticians Association. Anna Thames is the lead aesthetician at Shell Laser MedSpa, in Oxford, MS and has been a licensed/medically trained aesthetician since 2004. Her expertise is in Plastic Surgery Skincare, where she has vast experience in laser technologies as well as medical grade skincare. Anna is a graduate of Ole Miss and Mississippi Institute of Aesthetics, Nails and Cosmetology with a focus in Esthetics. She has been employed by Shell Plastic Surgery since 2014. During her career, she spent eight years working/training under the supervision of a Cosmetic Biochemist, as an educator, as well as a sales and marketing expert. Anna has an aggressive approach to all skin treatments and believes that continuing education is key to staying up on the latest technologies and ingredients available.

Terrance Bonner has been in the beauty and wellness industry since 2012 as a massage therapist, an esthetician, a massage therapy and esthetic instructor and a spa & wellness expert. He is also the author of Determination + Core Values = SUCCESS. Terrance has won multiple awards in his field including Best Massage Therapist in 2015, and Best Aesthetician 2016, 2018. His business, The Bonner Institute®, located in Columbus, was also awarded The Best Spa of Mississippi in 2019. This honor led him to be featured on NBC, ABC, FOX, and CBS. Terrance currently sits on The Mississippi State Board of Massage Therapy as vice-chairman.

Shannon Ola has grown up in the heart of the delta, Greenwood, Ms. In 2008 Shannon graduated from the Mississippi Institute of Esthetics and Nails in Clinton, earning her license in esthetics under the teaching of Karoline Finch. After graduating from MSI, Shannon worked at Legends Day Spa and Park Avenue Med Spa where she trained and earned a certification in laser treatments Obagi, Theraderm, and Skin Ceuticals. She opened up her own facial business in 2016, where she continues to serve her clients.

Kristin Bomar is the owner and practicing Esthetician at High Society Aesthetics located in her hometown of Florence, Mississippi. She is a graduate of Hinds Nursing Allied Center (with a focus in surgical technology) as well as the Mississippi Institute of Aesthetics, Nails and Cosmetology (with a focus in aesthetics). Kristin began her career in aesthetics working for facial plastic surgeon Dr. Cole as Lead Esthetician then advanced her career by becoming a Business Development Manager for the HydraFacial Company, where she was able to help build businesses as well as train and educate other estheticians and providers in several states. She opened her own spa in April of 2022, helping to guide her clients on a healthy skin journey. Kristin enjoys attending aesthetic trade shows, conferences and continuing education classes to further her education and knowledge within the field.
